How you get paid on JobZapp

Clear rates before you accept, GPS-verified work, then earnings in your wallet. You do not take cash on site.

Cashless payments through the JobZapp app

Overview

Know the rate before you accept

Every job on JobZapp shows what it pays before you accept it. There is no negotiating at the door and no surprises when the shift ends.

When the work is done you clock out in the app. Near the authorised end you may also get a WhatsApp Clock out prompt. The client pays through JobZapp and your earnings land in your wallet. If they paid Extra Time for a longer shift, that amount lands separately. You choose Weekly, Bi-Monthly, or Monthly payouts, with no invoices and no waiting on cash.

Payments

How payment works

Four things worth knowing about earnings on JobZapp.

  • Rates up front

The rate is shown on the job before you accept, so you always know what the shift pays.

  • No cash handling

Clients pay in the app. You never have to carry cash or ask for money on site.

  • Wallet and payouts

Clock out, get rated, and earnings process into your JobZapp wallet. Withdraw on your selected payout frequency.

  • No agency cut

There is no recruitment agency taking a slice of your rate before it reaches you.

How it works

The payment flow

From accepting the shift to money in the app.

How does it work?

  1. Accept the job

See the rate, the time, and the location before you commit to the shift.

  2. Complete the work

Mark yourself on the way on time, clock in at the pin, pause/restart if needed, then clock out.

  3. Get paid

The client pays in the app. Earnings land in your wallet, and you withdraw on your selected payout frequency.

FAQ

Worker questions

  • What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Creating a worker profile on JobZapp is free. You only need your ID or passport, your skills, and a smartphone.

  • Do I have to accept every job?

No. You see nearby shifts as clients post them and choose the ones that fit your schedule. You can Apply or Decline from the app or from the WhatsApp invite.

  • How do I get paid?

Clients pay in the app after the job is marked complete. Your earnings land in your wallet and pay out on the schedule you choose: Weekly, Bi-Monthly, or Monthly. Paid Extra Time lands in your wallet separately from the main job pay. Never take cash on site.

  • How do I get more bookings?

Complete Your vetting steps (Docs Review, Interview, Briefing, Briefing quiz, References, and Vetting Ready), arrive on time, and finish jobs well. Only Vetted or Certified workers get regular invites, and matching uses skills that are approved, together with how close you are and how reliably you have completed jobs. Good ratings put you in front of more clients nearby. Late cancels and no-shows can trigger Yellow, Purple, or Red cards that pause job requests.

  • How does live job sharing keep me safer?

On a shift you can share the job with up to two trusted contacts. They get notified with job details when you clock in and clock out.

  • What if I need emergency help on a job?

Report Emergency to send a WhatsApp and SMS to your contacts with your message and location. Security also notifies JobZapp Support.

  • How will JobZapp reach me about jobs?

The app push is primary. WhatsApp is the secondary ping for invites, booking updates, vetting stages, and closing reminders, and it replaces invite SMS when WhatsApp is on. Quick replies let you Apply, Decline, Clock out, or tap Need help on a vetting update without changing your stage. You can also check Your vetting steps in chat, including where you are on Interview and Briefing. JobBot answers common questions on WhatsApp Help and in the app. Chat to a person reaches Care in the same thread when you need a human. Email carries the longer detail. Clock-in and Extra Time stay in the app because they need GPS and card payment.
