A rating only means something if it comes from a real job. On JobZapp a client can only rate after a booking made on the platform is marked complete. We also track applications and invites, arrivals, and GPS-verified clock-ins so you get an honest look at history before someone starts.

Ratings questions

What do Yellow, Purple, and Red cards mean?
Yellow (7 days) for late cancel; Purple (30 days) for no-show or two Yellows; Red (90 days) for two Purples. Serious misconduct can mean permanent removal.

Can workers rate clients?
Yes. Ratings run both ways.

Are workers vetted?
Yes. Every worker must complete a vetting process, including document verification, an interview, and reference checks before receiving regular job invites. Each skill is individually reviewed, so workers are only matched with jobs they are fully approved for.
