The Productivity Peak: A JobZapp Office Report
Thandi spoke with Anri after a JobZapp booking in the Northern Suburbs, recorded 5 Jul 2026.
Thandi · interviewer
(Holding the JobZapp mic) We’re right here in Bellville’s call center hub with Anri. Now, Anri, we know how it goes - a new marketing campaign drops or a system goes down, and your call volumes suddenly skyrocket. How did you handle that "overflow" before?
Anri
Thandi, it was chaos! We call it the "Red Screen" period. My core agents were overwhelmed, hold times were climbing, and customers were hanging up.
Thandi · interviewer
That "fixed-cost" trap is real. How has the JobZapp hourly model helped you stay on top of those spikes?
Anri
It’s been a lifesaver. Now, when I see a surge coming, I book vetted support for those specific peak shifts. They handle the basic queries and ticket logging, which frees up my senior agents for the complex troubleshooting.
Thandi · interviewer
So, you’re scaling your "headsets" by the hour?
Anri
Exactly! No more burnout, and our wait times have dropped significantly. We stay agile and responsive without the long-term overhead.
